BMW Korea has released a new Black Trim for its flagship sedan, the 7 Series, enhancing its marketability by applying black high-gloss design elements throughout the exterior.
The Black Trim is available in two models, the 'BMW 740i xDrive M Sport Limited' and 'BMW 740d xDrive M Sport'. While maintaining its excellent driving performance, the vehicles feature side mirror blades, window frames, door handles, and other elements finished in deep black high-gloss instead of silver chrome, completing a luxurious and sophisticated atmosphere for the flagship.
The gasoline model, 740i, boasts a maximum output of 381 horsepower, while the diesel model, 740d, delivers a maximum output of 299 horsepower. Both models come equipped with a 48-volt mild hybrid technology and an intelligent all-wheel drive system as standard. The prices, including VAT, are 160.8 million won for the 740i Black Trim and 150.7 million won for the 740d Black Trim.
According to the Korea Automobile Importers and Distributors Association (KAIDA), BMW 7 Series, including the all-electric model i7, has sold a total of 2,590 units in January to May this year, marking a 7% increase compared to the same period last year and maintaining its position as the top seller in the large car segment.
